By downloading, installing, or using Card Party, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Accounts

Card Party supports guest play (no account required) and optional sign-in via Apple, Google, or email/password. Guest accounts use anonymous identifiers. Signed-in accounts allow you to preserve your profile across devices.

Acceptable Use

When using Card Party, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
• Use offensive or inappropriate nicknames
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game mechanics
• Attempt to disrupt the service or other players' experience
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Multiplayer Conduct

Card Party is a multiplayer game. You are expected to treat other players with respect. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct expectations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Card Party is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card Party and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Card Party at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
